Aastha Mathur

Head of Image Data Services at Euro-BioImaging ERIC     

Aastha Mathur is the Head of Image Data Services at Euro-BioImaging ERIC, the European Research Infrastructure that provides open access to biological and biomedical imaging instrumentation and data services through over 295 imaging facilities across Europe. She has carried out extensive research in cell biology during her PhD at EMBL in Heidelberg and post-doctoral work at Institute Curie in Paris. Having a background in biological research, bioinformatics, imaging, and image analysis, she is currently representing Euro-BioImaging and the imaging community at the EOSC-Association. She is also involved in the EOSC Federation as the Operations Manager of the Life Sciences Connect Node and a co-chair of the EOSC Nodes Operations Committee.
