ESFRI organizes an online Workshop on the effective use of Horizon Europe Preparatory Phase and Individual Support funding, on November 15, 2021.

The event is part of the Exchange of Experience Workshop series (EoEs), aiming to provide a platform for effective, high-level interaction and networking between ESFRI RI projects and aims to gather information about best practices of advanced RI projects and lessons learned to less advanced RIs and newcomers.

The objective of this EoE workshop is to provide insight on the overall ESFRI roadmapping and landscaping process, the RI lifecycle and the project monitoring process. It will present the Horizon Europe support to Preparatory Phase projects including requirements for management. It will also touch upon the need for stakeholder commitments and the complementarities between national and EU instruments. The socio-economic impact, the importance of credible Key Performance Indicators, the provision of access to data and data management plans will also be discussed along with the identification of the most appropriate legal structures for RIs (ERIC, private legal entity, etc).
