TNO Vector - EU Manager for Strategy & Policies

Géraud Guilloud is the EU manager Strategy and Policy at TNO, the Dutch applied research and technology organization. Géraud plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives and driving forward-thinking projects and collaborations for the TNO Vector centre, the Centre for Societal Innovation and Strategy. He has a track record of 20 years in EU research and innovation policies and EU digital policies. Noteworthy, he was the delegate for the Research Infrastructure Programme Committee for Luxembourg.  Geraud participates in our panel as the TNO project manager for the RITIFI project. This project, composed of RI and TI stakeholders from 10 Eu countries, aims to improve the integration and structure of the European R&I landscape. In that project, TNO has developed a functional framework of cooperation between Research Infrastructures and Technology Infrastructures.
