Mary McKay is Director General, Partnerships, Governance and Science Program Sector for Laboratories Canada, where she leads national efforts to modernize federal science infrastructure and foster collaboration across scientific departments and with science partners from others sectors such as universities, Industry, Indigenous organizations. Previously, as Director General of Regulatory Efficiency, Crown Consultation and Indigenous Economic Inclusion at Natural Resources Canada, Mary led the effort to establish Canada’s first Indigenous Loan Guarantee program which will make a meanginful contribution to advancing Indigenous economic reconciliation.  Mary has also served as Director General of Alternative Finance at Infrastructure Canada, overseeing crown corporations with infrastrure responsbilities from a range of asset classes.
