Anna Fill, Dr rer. soc., has been a Scientific Advisor at the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) since 2019, specialising in EU Framework Programmes for Research and Innovation. She leads the Swiss delegations to the European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI), the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) Steering Board, the ERA Forum, and the e-IRG.
She holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Bern, including a research residency at Harvard University. She earned an MSc in Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science from the University of Vienna. Prior to her doctorate, she gained professional experience at the Austrian Federal Chancellery and in political consulting.
